In Response to Hady’s Recent Decisions, Tribal Leaders of Osilan Declare their Full Refusal of Military Joining Osilan and Bihan to Mareb

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Osilan – Shabwa – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Tribal leaders of Osilan declared their full refusal of the decisions issues by President Abd Rabu Mansour Hady creating the Bihan – Osilan military axis and joining it to the third military zone of Mareb. This first response came from tribal leaders of Bel-Hareth in Osilan who signed a statement of refusal of these decisions concerning the formation of Bihan Brigades in addition to refusing all its formations and appointments. They added that they are committed with being citizens of Shabwa governorate and they are proud of that.
