King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aids Distributes 22273 Food Baskets on Al-Khoukha and Heis at Al-Hodeida
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Arabia Al-Yemenia – Al-Khoukha – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] King Salman Center for Humanitarian Aids launched a humanitarian campaign on Saturday March 17th, 2018 to detsribute food aids in Al-Khokha and Heis in Al-Hodeida. The campaign aims to distribute 22273 food baskets for needy families in the two directorates. Colonel Ahmed Al-Kobany, commander of Tehami brigades – member of the local council of the directorate, Eng. Mohamed Wahish, acting director of Al-Khoukha, Mahmoud Said, officer of aids in the directorate and Mohamed Ali Salem, representative of the campaign in Al-Khoukha and Heis attended the launch. In his speech, Al-Kobany thanked the center for its humanitarian efforts and requested the center to involve in other efforts concerning health, water and accommodation of refugees. Wahish indicated that the campaign came in time as it is the first to fulfill the demands of Al-Khoukha citizens. Mohamed Salem, representative of the campaign indicated that 11000 baskets were dedicated to Al-Khoukha while 11273 baskets were dedicated to Heis. 500 baskets were distributed in May 22nd complex in Al-Medina district as nearly 3000 citizens will benefit from the campaign.
