Lamlas discusses with directors of districts of the Aden capital mechanism of dealing with reports of citizens’ complaints

The Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas discussed in a meeting chaired by him on Wednesday, with the directors of the districts and a number of officials of the executive offices, the plan and procedures of the Office of Trade and Industry to control violations.
Lamlas dealt with the workflow of “At Your Service” program and the mechanisms for dealing with reports of citizens’ complaints to ensure the confidentiality of information, in a step that came in response to citizens’ inquiry for it, with the aim of combating prices manipulation and market imbalances.
The discussions focused on the progress of work in the water and sanitation sector, its problems in the directorates, and the need to redouble efforts to increase the work of operating sewage pumps.
The governor stressed on raising the pace of cleaning and improvement work, to arrange and coordinate between local authority officials in the districts, and to support the Public Works and Roads Office with equipment to develop work.
