Lamlas inspects work progress in Al-Salam Residential and Educational Rehabilitation City for widows and orphans in Aden

The Minister of State and Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, on Monday, inspected the work progress in the Al-Salam Residential Rehabilitation and Educational City for widows and orphans, which is being implemented by the Kuwaiti Al-Salam Society in the district of Buraiqa with donations from the people of Kuwait and the Gulf.
During his visit, in which he was accompanied by Governorate Undersecretary Salah Al-Aqel, Lamlas was briefed on the level of achievement in the construction work of housing and city facilities, stressing the importance of completing all work on time.
In his visit, Lamlas said: “We laid the foundation stone for this city last Ramadan, and Allah willing, we seek to have its opening in the month of Ramadan, which will come upon us in a few days.”
At the conclusion of his visit, Lamlas appreciated the support provided by the brothers in the State of Kuwait to our country in general, and the capital, Aden, in particular, and foremost among them is the residential city project, stressing that Kuwaiti support for our country is not a spur of the moment, but extends over many decades, as the people of Kuwait always “promise and deliver.”
