Lamlas issues a decision for organizations to obtain a license to hold any events in Aden the capital

Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, Governor of the capital, Aden, issued a decision obligating international organizations, governmental and non-governmental, to obtain licenses to hold any events or activities within the capital.
The effect of the decision extends to hotel halls, restaurants, government halls, and organizations’ buildings, and stipulates that a license be obtained from the Office of the Ministry of Planning in the capital, Aden, in which any violators of the decision will be dealt with and punished.
The ministerial committee formed by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, the Governor of the capital, Aden, and the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, was entrusted with the task of issuing licenses to the Office of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
