Lamlas meets with representatives of martyrs and wounded families of Southern Armed Forces

The Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, met on Thursday, with representatives of the families of martyrs and wounded of the southern armed forces.

In the meeting, which was attended by Major General Salem Abdullah Al-Sokatri, the Assistant Secretary-General, Lamlas listened to the status of the families of the martyrs and the difficulties and obstacles facing the process of treating the wounded.

The Secretary-General stressed on the commitment of the Transitional Council to take care of the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland, and the dignity of the south, assuring he will not hesitate for a moment to take care of the wounded and will not spare an effort in treating them.

The Secretary-General stressed the importance of overcoming the difficulties that hinder the representatives of the martyrs and the wounded, as well as communicating with the concerned authorities and hospitals departments and agreeing on a mechanism for treating the wounded.

For their part, the delegates of the martyrs and wounded families expressed their thanks for the Transitional Council’s interest in the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and for the efforts made their care.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Osama Mohsen Bin Brik, Head of the Martyrs and Injured Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Transitional Council.
