Lamlas praises the community committee for its release of Prisoners of Southern Resistance
The Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, praised the role of the Community Committee for Following-up Prisoners in releasing prisoners of Southern Resistance from Brotherhood militias prisons in Shabwa governorate.
Lamlas in his meeting with the committee members Ahmad Omar Al-Abadi Al-Marqashi and Sheikh Nasser Al-Numairi, saluted the efforts made by the committee and its follow-up releasing dozens of the southern resistance forces members of the events that took place in Shabwa in August of the year 2019.
Lamlas affirmed that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council appreciates the efforts made by the committee and civil society organizations in following up the issue of the prisoners from the first day, which resulted in their release and return to their areas and families.
On their part, Al-Marqashi and Al- Numairi appreciated the great cooperation of the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in this regard.
