Lamlas sets government in front of specific time limit for operating President Hadi’s power station

The governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, demanded the Prime Minister of the government, Dr. Moeen Abdul-Malik, to issue directives to the competent authorities to supply the President Hadi’s power station with fuel in preparation for its operation.

This came in a letter addressed to the Prime Minister by the Governor Lamlas, in which he confirmed the completion of the construction and installation work of the station, calling for a mechanism to supply it with fuel continuously.

Lamlas pointed out that the station will operate partially with a capacity of 100 megawatts, in order to alleviate the suffering of citizens in Aden during the summer due to the low generation of the rest of the stations.

Lamlas called on the station to be supplied with fuel within a period not exceeding two weeks.
