Lamlas: We work with Coalition for plan to break Houthi expansion while legitimate forces hold military maneuver in Shokra to invade Aden
Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, said that the leadership of the Transitional Council sensed the danger of the expansion of the Houthi militias that took control of Al-Jawf governorate and large parts of Marib governorate, and, accordingly, examined a plan to break the expansion of the Houthi militias in coordination with the Arab Coalition.
In a statement on Twitter, Lamlas said: After the fall of al-Jawf and the proximity of control over Marib, the commander president Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, invited us to study the axes of intervention and support to break the expansion of the militias in coordination with the Arab Coalition.
The Secretary-General expressed his surprise of the military exercises in the town of Shokra carried out by armed parties of the legitimacy, and announcing their readiness for the invasion of Aden, at a time that the Transitional Council is focusing all its efforts on facing the threat of the Iranian militias that have expanded in large areas, adding: A program has been prepared that will show the sincere forces in the face of the Iranian militias then we got surprised with the maneuver of Shokra to threat Aden!
