Launching a training course for support and backup officers and security belt in Abyan

The activities of the first exceptional operational training course for members of the support and backup brigades and the security belt in the central region of Abyan Governorate began.

The training course is held in the capital, Aden, under the patronage of Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Al-Mahrami Abu Zar’ah, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, and under the supervision of Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Wali, Commander-in-Chief of the Security Belt Forces.

A number of officers from the support and backup brigades and the security belt in the central region of Abyan Governorate participated in the course, which is held under the slogan “The Role of the Operational Officer in the Military Unit”.

During this course, the support and backup officers will receive a number of lectures by competent trainers with experience in the security and military fields.

For his part, Brigadier General Mohsen Abdullah Al-Wali, Commander-in-Chief of the Security Belt Forces, stressed the importance of this training course in developing the capabilities of officers and providing them with the necessary skills to confront the increasing security challenges.

He stressed during his speech that continuous training and permanent qualification are the main pillars for raising the efficiency of the armed and security forces, and enabling them to perform their national duties to the fullest.

He thanked President Commander Aidarous Al-Zubaidi and Brigadier General Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami Abu Zar’ah for their continued interest in training and qualifying the forces, and their sponsorship of such courses that aim to raise the level of the individual in his military and security unit.
