Inaugurating the 4th Festival of Heritage and Arts in Shabwa

The Governor of Shabwa, Mr. Awad bin Al-Wazir, on Tuesday, opened the fourth festival of heritage and arts at the stadium of the late Nasser Al-Khulaifi.
In the festival, the event witnessed a carnival show, flutes and folk dances with the participation of the Culture Office band and teams from the districts of the governorate.
