LHRAB of STC Discusses Legal Aspects of Humanitarian Assistance and Reconstruction

The Legal and Human Rights Auxiliary Body (LHRAB) of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting on Thursday, chaired by Dr. Sa’ad Mohammed Sa’ad, the head of the body.
The meeting discussed the legal aspects of humanitarian relief and reconstruction, reviewing many relevant legal remarks and ideas.
In this regard, the meeting approved the formation of three teams of members of the body to prepare a study on the legal aspects of those works.
The meeting also stood before the plans and reports of the central bodies represented in the LHRAB and stressed the importance of submitting plans and reports in accordance with what was stipulated in the regulations for the auxiliary bodies of the STC’s Presidium.
