Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, on Tuesday, in the capital, Aden, got briefed on the activities and tasks of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, and the most prominent of what has been implemented by it.

Judge Badwilan touched on the most prominent corruption cases that the Commission investigated in various economic and service sectors, to help the Council and the government dry up the sources of corruption. She also reviewed the economic and development plans and perceptions prepared by the Commission to improve the economic and living conditions of citizens.
Al-Bahsani praised the efforts made by the leadership of the National Anti-Corruption Commission in accordance with the legal powers since the establishment of the authority, stressing the importance of performing its tasks and competencies in complete independence and impartiality without any interference in its affairs and responsibilities.
Al-Bahsani praised the Commission’s efforts in the field of awareness through the educational media discourse to state officials and employees to be familiar and educated about the dangers of corruption, urging them to adhere to and uphold integrity, renewing the STC’s support for all the steps taken by the authority to enable it to carry out its responsibility in combating corruption.
