Major General Ben Brik stresses on Chamber of Commerce’s role in limiting exploited merchants

Major General Ben Brik stressed on the need for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to work to reduce the crazy rise in food and consumer prices, especially with the approaching holy month of Ramadan, and the exceptional situation that our country and the world as a whole are experiencing as a result of the spread of the Corona pandemic.
Maj. Gen. Ben Brik stressed that despite the pressures and conspiracies facing the leadership of the Transitional Council, the council is seeking self-efforts to solve the outstanding problems and negative phenomena developed since the war of 2015, as Transitional Council is keen to ensure affording decent life for the people of the south.
Maj. Gen. Ben Brik got briefed on the difficulties facing the Chamber of Commerce and the numerous appeals it made to the competent authorities, which have been ignored, and Gen. Ben Brik pledged to work to overcome the difficulties of the Chamber of Commerce to work for the benefit of the citizens.
For his part, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital, Aden, thanked General Ben Brik for the good reception, stressing that basic materials will be provided to the citizen in the capital Aden during the next three months as a minimum, assuring the southern street that food is available and there is no need to panic in the purchase process .
