Major General bin Brik gets briefed on difficulties facing work progress in Al-Sadaqa Hospital

The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, met today, Monday, at the National Assembly’s headquarters, with Dr. Kefaya Al-Jazei, Director General of the Educational Al-Sadaqa General Hospital.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Najla Al-Saadi, Humanitarian Relief Officer in the National Assembly, in which Major General bin Brik welcomed Dr. Kefaya, and listened from her to a detailed explanation of the general situation of the hospital, and the many problems and difficulties it faces in providing health services to citizens as required.
Al-Jazei stressed that the hospital is a reference, and receives patients from all governorates, in addition to receiving the displaced, which burdens the work of the medical and nursing staff in it, in addition to the medical requirements shortages that the hospital suffers from.
For his part, the Chairman of the National Assembly praised the activity of the director and staff of the hospital and her dedication to her work, as well as the role of the hospital’s work progress despite the scarcity of resources in it, stressing that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council pays great attention to the health aspect, and is keen to provide support as available to facilitate the work of the health sector in the capital Aden in particular and in the South in general, as being one of the service sectors that directly affects the life of the citizens.
