Major General Bin Brik meets the Director General of Health and Population Office in the capital, Aden

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, met on Wednesday, Dr. Ahmed Muthanna Nasser Al-Bishi, Director General of the Health and Population Office in the capital, Aden.
In the meeting, Dr. Al-Bishi briefed Major General Bin Brik on the activity of the Health Office in the districts of the capital, Aden, and the activities it provides in the rehabilitation and establishment of some health centers in the districts of the capital, which suffer from overpopulation.
Dr. Al-Bishi praised the role of the effective humanitarian and relief organizations in assisting the Health and Population Office, by providing its services and alleviating the suffering of citizens, reviewing the situation of the health quarantines in the capital, Aden, which are in need to be rehabilitated.
The meeting also touched on a number of problems facing the work of some health centers and complexes and ways to solve them in order to be able to continue providing services to citizens, pointing to the necessity of activating the role of Basohaib Hospital, due to its history and the medical and health capabilities and competencies it has, which will contribute significantly to advancing the health sector to a better level.
During the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Abdel-Fattah Qaed Massad, official for external relations at the National Society for Emergency and Disaster Medicine, Major General Ahmed Saeed stressed the need for joint coordination to facilitate and overcome the difficulties facing any institution that works to alleviate the suffering of citizens and improve the service situation in the South.
