Major General Bin Brik meets the President of Southern National Economic General Union and businessman Al-Hajjar

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, met on Tuesday, businessman Dr. Mohammed Al-Hajjar, and Wadih Al-Kahil, President of the Southern National Economic General Union.

Major General Bin Brik started the meeting by welcoming the attendees, presenting to them a picture of the general situation in the south, including the field of investment and the economy, and what the south needs to revive its situation and restore the vital activity of its economic institutions, pointing to the advantages and characteristics that the south enjoys and ways to highlight them in a way that contributes to in developing the southern governorates economically and socially.

Major General Bin Brik pointed to the period of self-administration and the strategic visions in which it was presented in order to improve and develop the economic situation, stressing that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council is working to build relations with regional and international countries and overcome the difficulty of investing in the south.

For his part, Dr. Al-Hajjar thanked Major General Ahmed Saeed for the good reception and briefed him on a set of proposals for investment projects in the south.

The President of the Southern National Economic General Union also talked about the general vision of the union and its role in attracting investors at home and abroad to revive the economic and investment side and the difficulties facing the development of their work.

At the end of the meeting, the Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council affirmed that the leadership of the Council cares about and supports the economic and investment aspect in the south.
