Major General Bin Brik meets with Head of Southern Community in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Tuesday, with Head of the Southern Community in Makkah, Nabil Mohammad Al-Hali Abu Atfa.
The meeting included the head of the Expatriates Committee in the National Assembly, Dr. Mahmoud Ali Atef, in which it discussed some issues related to the internal general situation in the South and the current developments on the southern arena in particular, and the regional and international ones in general.
The meeting stressed that the coming days will be full of many issues and things that will change the course of events for the better, including the restructuring of some security and military sectors and departments affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council, in order to improve the work and role of the Council at home and abroad.
The meeting stressed the necessity of the unity of the southern ranks and the role of the southern communities in pushing the wheel of development forward and overcoming any difficulties in the next stage.
In the same context, the head of the Expatriates Committee in the Assembly, Dr. Mahmoud Atef, discussed with the Head of the southern community, Abu Atfa, a number of issues related to the southern community and its conditions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the need to alleviate the suffering of returning expatriates for a final return to the homeland.
It was also agreed to provide the Expatriates Committee with data that would help it developing a database for them.
