Major General Bin Brik meets with preparatory committee for establishing Southern Researchers Union

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly met on Thursday, with the Preparatory Committee for the establishment of the Southern Researchers Union, headed by Dr. Fadel Al-Rubaie, Head of the Studies and Researches Committee at the National Assembly.
In the meeting, Major General Bin Brik welcomed all the attendees, reviewing the latest rapid and current developments on the ground, and the positive results and changes that everyone will touch in the coming days, coinciding with the meeting of our negotiating delegation led by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, upon the official invitation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Major General Bin Brik stressed that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council is fully committed to implementing the Riyadh Agreement, which the other party refuses to implement except in its own way by exacerbating the suffering of citizens and prolonging the war, to achieve some personal goals away from the interest of the citizens who suffer daily.
The Acting President touched on the role of the southern forces and the victories they achieved on the battlefield on the flaming frontlines.
For their part, the attendees briefed Major General Bin Brik on the progress of preparations for the establishment of the union and for holding its first founding conference, praising the distinguished role and professional political style pursued by the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in achieving gains aimed at serving the citizens in the South.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Major General Ahmed Saeed stressed the need to complete the preparation procedures and expand it further to open up to all researchers in the South, regardless of their different political orientations, stressing the need to contribute to the preparation of a solid scientific study to solve the problems that society suffers in order to advance it to the highest and best levels.
