Major General Bin Brik Meets with Sheiks of the Yafi’i Hadramaut Coast Tribes

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Tuesday, in Mukalla, a number of sheikhs of the Yafi’i Hadramaut Coast tribes, headed by Sheikh Salem Hussein Al-Saadi, Sheikh of the Yafi’i Hadramaut Coast tribes. The meeting was attended by Professor Ali Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, and Mr. Fadi Baoum, Member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, Major General Bin Brik welcomed the sheikhs of the Yafi’i Hadramaut tribes, explaining to them the steps planned to unify the voice of the people of Hadramaut and transform the Hadramaut Inclusive Conference into a political platform.
Bin Brik emphasized that he stands equitably with all Hadramis, regardless of their affiliation, in order to unite Hadramis and achieve common ground. He emphasized that no one should be allowed to tarnish the foundations of the Hadramis’ ancestors, who have a good reputation, high morals, and unparalleled integrity.
Major General Bin Brik pointed out that what happened and is happening today is a conspiracy against Hadramout, and that this must be confronted through unity. He called on them to mobilize the people to participate in the event commemorating the liberation of the Hadramout coast and in support of the Hadrami Elite Forces.
For their part, the sheikhs of the Yafa’ tribes of Hadramout expressed their gratitude to Major General Bin Brik for the warm welcome, congratulating him on the steps and efforts he is leading to reunify the country despite his health problems, and placing their hands on his shoulders.
