Major General Bin Brik praises struggle role and patriotic position of Manahil tribe in Hadramout towards project of the South and restoration of the state

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Chairman of the National Assembly of the STC, on Monday, met in the city of Mukalla, sheikhs, dignitaries and notables of the Manahil tribe in Hadramout governorate.
Major General Bin Brik welcomed the attendees from the Manahil tribes, praising their historical role since after independence and their steadfastness on their land, in addition to their patriotic stance towards the South and their loyalty to the land and the southern leadership, pointing to the distinguished value of Hadramout and its tribes and their historical depth, which makes them an active participant if not at the forefront of the southern scene and his future.
The Vice-President of the Southern Transitional Council indicated that the STC cares of the interest of the land and the southern people, and to achieve the aspirations of the southerners along the southern land to restore the independent state of the South, stressing that we are going through a stage that requires lining up against strife and rallying around the southern leadership and the southern project that the STC carries for the General interest of the South, which was shown through the consultative meeting with the southern components and the agreement on the National Charter, which gives a role to everyone in defending the land and people and building the future of the South.
The meeting reviewed developments in the situation in the South in general and in Hadramout valley in particular, and also dealt with the southern national dialogue process, the consultative meeting, the national charter and developments in the southern arena.
Major General Bin Brik, listened from sheikhs, dignitaries and notables of Al-Manahil, to the situation in Hadramout valley, and got briefed on the difficulties and challenges facing Al-Manahil in their regions and the available ways to overcome and solve them.
The attendees of the Manahil tribes expressed their thanks to Major General Bin Brik for the good reception and hospitality, praising the patriotic and militant role of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, and the leadership of the STC in the process of uniting the southern ranks, stressing their support for the southern project and the restoration of the fully sovereignty independent state of the South.
