Major General Bin Brik reviews the general situation at Aden International Airport

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, President of the National Assembly, discussed on Monday, with Abdul Raqib Abdul Qawi Al Omari, Director of Aden International Airport, the general situation of the airport and the activity of flights to and from the airport, especially after the heavy rains and strong winds that Aden the capital witnessed recently.
The meeting also discussed ways to rehabilitate the airport and restore it to its previous state in order to operate flights.
Major General Bin Brik stressed the speedy completion of damage repair, since Aden International Airport was the first airport established worldwide and the Arabian Peninsula.
The meeting was attended by Colonel Najm Abdullah, the security official for the organizations in the National Assembly.
