National Southern Media Authority praises efforts of radio and television sector in opening office for AIC TV in Hadhramout

The National Southern Media Authority held its periodic meeting on Tuesday, in the capital, Aden, headed by Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Vice Chairman of the Authority.
The meeting reviewed the developments of the situation in Shabwa governorate and the great popular movement and momentum witnessed in the districts of the governorate in rejection of the policies pursued by the Brotherhood’s authority and its militias against citizens, praising the public meeting of the people of Shabwa, stressing standing with the people of Shabwa in everything that would enable them to control their governorate and manage its affairs.
The meeting got briefed on the visit of the Vice-Chairman of the Authority to Hadhramout governorate and the results achieved by that visit, crowning with the inauguration of an office for Aden Independent Channel (AIC) TV in the city of Mukalla, praising the efforts made by the radio and television sector in this context to strengthen the southern media, on the way to opening other offices of the channel in the other governorates of the South.
The meeting discussed a number of other issues on its agenda, including the organizational aspects related to the authority’s sectors and proposals that would advance southern media work.
