NSMA’s Deputy Head Meets with Minister of Public Works and Highways

Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafe’y, the deputy head of the National Southern Media Authority (NSMA) of the Southern Transitional Council (PLC), met on Thursday in his office at the headquarters of NSMA in the capital Aden with Eng. Salem Mohammad Al-Harizi, Minister of Public Works and Highways.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Al-Yafe’y welcomed the visit of the minister Al-Harizi to the headquarters of NSMA, giving him a satisfied explanation of the media role undertaken by NSMA at the current stage in light of the circumstances and challenges encountering the South, as well as its tireless efforts in framing media discourse and organizing its work in the capital, Aden.

For his part, the minister Al-Harizi lauded the proactive media role played by NSMA in promoting media broadcasting and organizing its work in the capital, Aden, and the rest of the governorates, highlighting the crucial role of the Southern media in bringing allegations of corruption to light, combating corruption, and meaningfully portraying citizens’ issues and reflecting their suffering.
