Official and military reception for Major Generals Mahmoud Al-Subaihi and Nasser Mansour Hadi in Aden the capital

Aden International Airport, on Friday, witnessed an official and military reception for Major General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi, the former Minister of Defense, and Major General Nasser Mansour Hadi.
At the forefront of the attendees in the receiption were Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, and Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, in addition to a number of military and security leaders and political and social figures.
Major General Al-Subaihi and Nasser Mansour arrived in the capital, Aden, on board a plane belonging to the Red Cross, after their release from the prisons of the Houthi militia in Sana’a as part of the prisoner exchange deal.
The International Committee of the Red Cross announced the take-off of the first plane from Sana’a as part of a prisoner exchange process between the government and the Iran-backed Houthi militia.
The UN envoy to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, welcomed the start of the process of releasing prisoners, in conjunction with the start of the process of releasing 900 prisoners, which will last for three days, within the framework of implementing the plan agreed upon between the parties in Switzerland.
