Organizational Department organizes workshop on “Methods of follow-up and evaluation” for the heads of sections

The Organizational Department of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held on Thursday, a workshop on “Methods of follow-up and evaluation” for the heads of sections of the department under the auspices of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Council.
Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General, spoke at the opening of the workshop, stressing the importance of holding this workshop to provide the heads of the organizational departments with skills in performance and evaluation.
Al-Jaadi called on heads of sections to apply all that is presented in the workshop on their practical reality in monitoring and following up the regulations and activities of the Transitional Council bodies.
The participants in the workshop, which was attended by the deputy head of the department, Mohsen Abd Saeed, listened to a detailed explanation from Trainer Hussein Qassem Nasr about the concepts of performance, standards, control, and follow-up and evaluation tools for institutional organizational building and preparing reports to improve the quality of performance to take results and benefit from them.
The heads of the department’s sections participating in the workshop received a number of examples about the specific and general objectives of the workshop outputs, and the use of its tools in writing reports to provide them with follow-up and evaluation skills.
