Plans and training programs to improve capabilities of Southern forces

Major General Saleh Ali Hassan, head of the Joint Operations Authority, chaired on Thursday, the joint meeting of the heads of the two joint operations authorities, the Training and Rehabilitation Authority, directors of departments, leaders of colleges, centers and training institutes, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in the capital, Aden.
At the beginning of the meeting, Major General Saleh Ali Hassan conveyed the greetings of the high political and military leadership represented by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, on the operational and training field successes and the combat and moral preparation achieved by the heroes of our southern armed forces in the face of the Houthi militias and extremist terrorist groups that are trying to destabilize security and stability of the country and the region in general, the latest of which was the success of Operation Arrows of the East in cleansing Abyan of extremist terrorist groups.
The Head of the Joint Operations Authority saluted the steadfastness of the heroes of our armed forces and the southern resistance in repelling the attempts of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia, thwarting them decisively and inflicting heavy losses on lives and equipment.
The meeting was devoted to discussing the distribution of tasks and duties for preparing training plans and programs for the coming year 2023, which would contribute to raising the combat and moral readiness of the military units and their affiliates, raising the level of discipline and conscious military linkage, and improving their combat performance on modern scientific grounds.
