President Al-Zubaidi arrives in New York City to participate in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly

President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, arrived at dawn today, Monday, in New York City, USA, with his accompanying delegation, along with the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, to participate in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Immediately upon his arrival at his residence, President Al-Zubaidi expressed in statements to the media his happiness at participating in the works of the United Nations General Assembly at its 78th session, indicating that his goal in coming to New York is to meet with regional and international decision-makers to bring our country’s issues back to the forefront of international attention.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed that, by participating in the work of the United Nations General Assembly, he will ensure that the voice of the people of the South is heard by the world and the region.
