President Al-Zubaidi chairs joint meeting of General Directorate of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Relations Committee of the Assembly and Protocols Department at the Secretariat

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, chaired, on Wednesday, a joint meeting with the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs of the Council, and the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly of the Council, and the Department of Protocols at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council.
President Al-Zubaidi valued all the efforts made during the last period by the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs of the Council and the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly, as well as the Department of Protocols in the General Secretariat, stressing the importance of raising the pace of work more than before, especially the work of the Directorate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs and relations, especially during the coming period. .
President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance, of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly, to carry out their duties in the highest possible manner, and raising the degree of joint coordination between them, because their work is of great importance in conveying the voice of the people of the south to the regional and international community through the available communication channels, stressing on the importance of activating the role of the external media, activating the work of the southern communities abroad, and involving them in the preparations for the comprehensive southern dialogue.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed that the south is going through a stage today that requires great political and diplomatic movement to reach the regional and international halls, stressing the importance of continuing to activate the process of communication with international missions and decision-making centers of international bodies and building on what has been accomplished during the past period, which contributes to ensuring strengthening the presence of the Council and the cause of the people of the south and its status regionally and internationally.
President Al-Zubaidi also urged the members of the Protocol Department at the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council to continue their efforts at the same pace as which they began, pointing to the importance of the tasks entrusted to the Department of Protocol in the General Secretariat of the Council.
In turn, the heads and members of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs of the Council, the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly of the Council, and the Department of Protocol of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, expressed their keenness to perform their tasks at a high pace in a manner that meets the objectives of the Council and the aspirations of the people of the south, appreciating the efforts made by President Al-Zubaidi, and the leadership of the Council at all levels, stressing their relentless quest to develop work, and achieve the maximum possible successes.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, member of the Transitional Council Presidency, head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit of the Southern Transitional Council.
