President Al-Zubaidi chairs the periodic meeting of military and security leaders

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, chaired on Tuesday, in the capital, Aden, the periodic meeting of military and security Commanders.
In the meeting, the attendees discussed a number of topics related to the military and security affairs, and the latest developments in the field, in addition to the general situation on the fighting fronts, especially the border front in Yafea axis, which witnessed during the past few days fierce confrontations between the southern armed forces and the terrorist Iranian backed Houthi militia.
During the meeting, Iranian backed saluted all the heroes of the Southern Armed Forces stationed on the various battlefronts for their high vigilance, high combat readiness, and legendary steadfastness in confronting, thwarting any attempts to infiltrate or advance the Houthi militia, and inflicting heavy losses on equipment and lives.
President Al-Zubaidi praised the supportive popular of the heroes of the southern armed and security forces in combat operations on the battlefronts, as well as in the tasks of maintaining security and stability, public tranquility, and establishing order and law.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of redoubling efforts and actions to improve the performance of the military and security institutions, to bring them to the desired level, and on all aspects of construction, organization, development, qualification and training.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed that the world has realized that the people of the south are struggling people, possessing a just cause, a fateful goal, armed forces, and an organization that has the ability to defend for its people, its gains, the sovereignty of its homeland, and preserve its interests, and the interests of brothers and friends, noting that the strength of peoples lies in the strength of its army and security, and its contribution to combating extremism and terrorism, and maintaining international peace and security.
In the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi listened to a brief explanation from the heads of the security, military, and economic committees, about what each committee had accomplished during the past week, based on the decisions of the previous meeting, and in accordance with the approved strategy.
The heads of the field committees also presented detailed reports, during which they confirmed the high readiness of the various security units and military brigades of the Southern Armed Forces, their constant readiness, and their great ability to carry out their responsibilities, carry out the tasks assigned to them, deal with any hostile acts, and thwart all terrorist plans targeting the south, and its people, and poses a major threat to the safety and security of the region and the whole world.
