President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates Emir of Kuwait on Anniversary of Accession to Power

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), and Deputy Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) has sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the brotherly State of Kuwait, on the second anniversary of his accession to power.
In the congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi, on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of the South, expressed his warmest congratulations and sincere brotherly feelings on this occasion, wishing His Highness constant good health and wellness, and the brotherly Kuwaiti people further prosperity and happiness under his wise leadership.
The president valued the sincere brotherly stances of the leadership and people of Kuwait towards their brothers in the South, and the generous support for our country over the past decades.
To the end of his congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his aspiration that the special historical bilateral relations that connect our southern people with the brotherly Kuwaiti people will witness further development and fruitful cooperation to achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
