President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates Irish President on National Day

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to H.E. Michael D. Higgins, President of the Republic of Ireland, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
