President Al-Zubaidi congratulates the President of Djibouti on his country’s National Day

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidours Qassem Al-Zubaidi, sent a cable of congratulations to the President Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
President Al-Zubaidi expressed his best congratulations to the President Ismail Omar Guelleh, and to the people of Djibouti on this occasion, praising the economic development and security stability achieved by the State of Djibouti during his period.
In his telegram, President Al-Zubaidi touched on the historical and fraternal relations between Djibouti and the South, wishing to witness further development for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
