President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed on Work of the LLEBs and General Situation in Valley and Desert of Hadramaut

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), was briefed on the progress of work of the Assistant Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert Districts of Hadhramaut Governorate and the general situation in all the Valley and Desert Districts.
The meeting was held today, Sunday, in the presence of Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly, Major General Kamal Hamashri, a member of the STC’s Presidium, Acting Secretary-General, Mr. Mohammed Abdulmalik Al-Zubaidi, Head of the Assistant (LLEB) of the STC for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert Districts of Hadhramaut, heads of a number of LLEBs and administrations in the districts, and members of the Hadramaut Bloc in the National Assembly.
President Al-Zubaidi listened to a comprehensive explanation from the attendees about the concerns and aspirations of the people of the Valley and Desert of Hadramaut, as well as the various difficulties and challenges facing the work of the LLEBs of the STC in the districts and the ways that would contribute to solving them.
The President lauded the efforts made by the STC’s leadership to bolster the Council’s presence among the community in the Valley and Desert of Hadramaut, stressing the need to coordinate efforts between the LLEBs in the districts and centers, members of the National Assembly, and the Advisory Council according to the mechanisms approved in the organizing regulations to achieve the overall goals of the STC.
President Al-Zubaidi highlighted that the Valley of Hadramaut holds special importance due to its scientific competencies, well-qualified cadres, historical, religious, political, social, cultural, and artistic heritage, in addition to the state of rising revolutionary momentum witnessed by its cities and the prominent presence of its people in all the important turns that the Southern Liberation Revolution has gone through.
In turn, the attendees expressed their deep gratitude to President Al-Zubaidi for the special attention his excellency pays to the work of the STC in the Valley and Desert of Hadramaut and his keenness to overcome all the difficulties that hinder their work, affirming that all his directives issued during the meeting will be a roadmap for the work of the LLEBs during the coming period.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Imad Muhammad Ahmed, Director of the Office of the Vice President of the PLC, and a number of heads of departments in the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC.
