President Al-Zubaidi Holds Discussion Session with President of Kosovo

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), held a session of discussion with Her Excellency Ms. Vjosa Osmani, President of the Republic of Kosovo, on the sidelines of his participation in the 78th session of the UN General Assembly.
The session reviewed the experience of the Republic of Kosovo in achieving peace, granting the Kosovo people the right to self-determination, and the policies followed by the government of Kosovo in state-building and maintaining stability.
During the session, the latest developments in the political and humanitarian situation were discussed, as well as the regional and international endeavours to end the conflict and bring peace to the country.
The president of the Republic of Kosovo looked forward to strengthening bilateral relations to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
The session was attended by Mr. Amr Ali Al-Beidh, Member of the STC’s Presidium and Special Representative of the President of the STC, and Dr. Saleh Al-Hajj, Director of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs (GDFA) of the STC.
