President Al-Zubaidi Issues Degree Adding Ra’afat Al-Thaqali to the STC Presidium Membership

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Wednesday, decree No. (20) of the year 2025. The first article of which stipulates adding Eng. Ra’afat Ali Ibrahim Al-Thaqali to the STC’s Presidium membership.

Article (2): The decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered null and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
