President Al-Zubaidi Meets Headship of Consultation and Reconciliation Committee

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Deputy Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) met at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Wednesday with Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, head of the Consultation and Reconciliation committee (CRC) of the PLC, and his deputies, Dr. Abdul-Malik Al-Mikhlafi, Mr. Sakhr Al-Wajeeh, Ms. Jamila Ali Raja, and Judge Akram al-Amri.
The president listened from the head of the CRC and his deputies to a satisfied explanation of the exerted efforts in promoting national consensus, converging the views among all forces and components to reach cohesiveness and assist the PLC to assume the national responsibility that it has been shouldered to bring the country and citizens to the safe harbour.
The president was, too, briefed by Mr. Al-Ghaithi and his deputies on the specifications and entitlements determining prerogatives and responsibilities of the sub-committees formed by the headship of the CRC to achieve the goals of the political stage, bring victory for the Arab project, reining in the Iran-backed Houthi militias, and creating an economic recovery that would bring the country out of its crisis.
The president praised the conscious efforts made by the CRC’s headship during the past period, stressing the importance of intensifying and joining efforts to ensure settling down complexities, enrooting partnership between all national forces, and to remove any differences that may arise in the future.
In turn, the head of the CRC and his deputies expressed thanks and appreciation for the unlimited support to perform their tasks and to ease all difficulties, affirming their full readiness to make maximum efforts to achieve the goals for which the CRC was formed.
