President Al-Zubaidi meets media members participating in Riyadh Consultations and stresses there is civilized renaissance Arab project must triumph

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Sunday evening, with journalists and media members participating in the media axis in the Riyadh consultations sponsored by the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
In the meeting, which was attended by Mr. Abdullah Al-Alimi Bawazir, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his happiness to meet this group of journalists and media professionals after the great results achieved by the Riyadh consultations in all axes.
President Al-Zubaidi praised the efforts made by everyone to make the consultations successful, led by the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, stressing that these results have become a starting point for a new historical stage in the region.
President Al-Zubaidi added, “What concerns us today is making public opinion and directing it in the right direction, with the only enemy represented by the Houthi militias that have wreaked havoc on the earth.”
President Al-Zubaidi stressed the need to stop arguments, and for “everyone to feel the responsibility entrusted to them, to confront the one enemy that is trying to spread an unfamiliar sectarian ideological culture on our country and region.”
President Al-Zubaidi continued his speech, saying: “Whoever looks deeply into the composition of the presidential leadership council will realize what the next stage is a fateful stage led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which have not spared effort, money, weapons and blood, which requires everyone has to work hard on all fronts.”
President Al-Zubaidi noted that the political, media, and societal fronts are no less important than the military front, stressing that “today everyone is soldiers with this country until the transitional period ends, after which democracy will take its course, and everyone with a right is taken his right in the south and north, there is a revolution that is exported from the outside, there is an Arab civilized renaissance project that must triumph in this region.”
At the conclusion of his speech, President Al-Zubaidi reiterated the importance of the unity of the media discourse and avoiding the rivalries that enemies are trying to provoke through social media, wishing success and success for all for the interest of the country.
