President Al-Zubaidi receives Jordanian ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, received on Sunday, Mr. Ali Hassan Al-Kayed, the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
At the outset of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi welcomed the Jordanian Ambassador to Riyadh, expressing appreciation to the fraternal and humanitarian role of the Kingdom of Jordan, its leadership, government and people towards our country, stressing that Jordan was at the forefront of the countries that opened its doors to Yemenis fleeing from the hell of war, and seeking treatment and continuing their studies.
The meeting discussed ways and mechanisms for consolidating the historical brotherly relations between our country and the Kingdom of Jordan, enhancing aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the security and military fields, building the capabilities of government cadres, and qualifying women in our country in the field of training and rehabilitation after suffering devastation as a result of the war.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Kayed renewed his country’s government’s position in support of efforts to establish peace and end war in our country, which would restore security and stability to the region after years of conflict.
