Sources indicated that president Hady had no previous knowledge about appointing Salmeen as an acting governor of Adan instead of Al-Maflehy. Sources also asserted that this decree came in retaliation from Ben Doghr towards Al-Maflehy who uncovered a corruption scandal of withdrawing five billion riyals of Adan’s revenues as Ben Doghr was involved in this scandal.
