President of the Southern Transitional Council Meets Composers of the Southern National Anthem
[su_label type=”info”]SAMA News – Al-Makla[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_label type=”info”]Amman – SMA – PIC[/su_label][/su_spacer] Aidarous Al-Zubaidy, president of the southern transitional council met Mohamed Salem Ben Daoud, a poet, and Hussain Said Ba Yashou, music composer, who are preparing the southern national anthem. The young artists indicated that the anthem can be re-taped in an Arab country. Al-Zubaidy requested that Mona Ba Sharheel, head of the department of culture in the council, should supervise the project and praised the creativity of young composers in preparing the national anthem. Adnan Al-Kaf, member of the council’s presidency, expressed his willingness to record the anthem in a better version in coordination with the department of culture. Okail Al-Attas, Ali Al-Kuthairy, General Salem Al-Socotry and Neeran Sawky, members of the southern transitional council, attended the meeting.
