Public Event of Southern Directorates of Shabwa Issues a Statement Rejecting Yemeni Invasion Militias

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Shabwa – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_dropcap]T[/su_dropcap]he public event of southern directorates in Shabwa (Maifa’a – Habban – Al-Rouda – Radoum) issued a statement demanding the return of Shabwa Elites Forces. The following is a translation of the statement:
Our great southern people everywhere all over the world. These crowds came from all directorates along with honorable southern figures to assert for Yemeni occupation that the southern people will face them and will never allow reoccupation of the south nor disturbing security and stability in it. We will fight back by all means till the last soldier of Yemeni occupation leaves the south and this is our only option. These massive crowds assert the following:

1. NGOs and public figures in the southern directorates of Shabwa condemn the acts of Yemeni occupation on all checkpoints and crossings in addition to Azzan as they oppressed and assaulted peaceful protesters and demand immediate release of all captives.
2. We demand the Arab Coalition, United Nations, UN Security Council and all honorable men in the world to support the southern people to gain independence and freedom from Yemeni occupation.
3. We demand immediate return of Shabwa Elites Forces to its previous posts all over the governorate to maintain security, restore stability and fight terrorist groups. We also demand immediate withdrawal of the militias coming from Mareb that disturbed the governorates with killings, torture, renewing revenges and carrying weapons to pave the way for terrorist groups to return to Shabwa after two years of security and stability under Shabwa Elites forces.
4. We condemn all acts of terrorism, killing, intrusion and forceful arrests exercised by Yemeni occupation gangs in Shabwa and the Whole south.
5. We demand immediate unconditioned release of all captives and arrested in Shabwa prisons as they were arrested without any legal excuses. These acts are of gangsters not a government.
6. We assert our full support to the southern transitional council as the only representative of the southern people and we support Jeddah talks held by Aidarous Al-Zubaidi.
7. We demand immediate evacuation of all STC headquarters turned into military camps for Mareb gangs in addition to other stations of Shabwa Elites and governmental facilities.
8. We condemn the acts of the occupation system that halted salaries of civilian and military personnel in addition to dismissing them from their offices due to political reasons to serve Muslim Brotherhood agenda.
9. We appreciate the efforts and crucial role of the Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia and UAE in their support for the southern people.
