Saihout Distributes 5000 Insecticide-impregnated nets
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Mehra – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Dr. Mubarak Ben Mazioun, deputy of Health Department for health care, Dr. Yasser Ba Hashem, executive manager of the national program for fighting malaria in Hadhramaut, Shabwa and Al-Mehra, launched the distribution of 5000 Insecticide-impregnated nets, supported by UAE Red Crescent, with attendance of Mr. Ali Abd Al-Kawy, director of health department in Saihout. Dr. Ben Mazioun praised the efforts of the national program for fighting malaria in fighting malaria-carrying mosquitos to control the outbreak of it in the target areas. Dr. Ba Hashem indicated that the program works according to specific initiatives to control malaria and provide free medication. Dr. Ben Mazioun also indicated that 10.000 people will benefit from Insecticide-impregnated nets in Saihoun, while Dr. Ba Hashem indicated that all hospital will provide available care and lab tests to control this epidemic.
