Secretary General of the Southern Transitional Council Meets Personnel of “Médecins sans Frontières” and Reassures Conditions of the Injured in the Surgical Hospital
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Secretary General of the Southern Transitional Council visited the surgical hospital of “Médecins sans Frontières” in Omar Mokhtar area – Sheikh Othman.
During the visit, Lamlas met Mr. Ghazali Ba Bakir, general coordinator of “Médecins sans Frontières” and a number of officials and doctors and discussed with them several issues concerning the work of the hospital and medical and health care services provided the the injured, especially from the West Coast front.
Secretary General appreciated humanitarian efforts of the center provided to the injured and citizens who suffer from war. He added that the council will facilitate the association’s work and will provided it with all possible means of support so that the hospital can assume its responsibilities easily.
Lamlas visited departments of the hospital and reassured the conditions of the injured hoping them quick healing. Mr. Ghazali Ba Bakir appreciated the visit and indicated that such visits strengthen the ties between the association and the Southern Transitional Council.
