Security Belt Troops in Salah El-Din – Al-Berika Confiscates Weapons Heading to Aden
In a new operation, the security belt posts of Salah El-Din – Al-Berika, confiscated massive amounts of medium range weapons RPG ammunition and boxes of live bullets. The operation is one of the massive operations of the security belt in Salah El-Din axis that included smuggling Africans, drugs and hashish in addition to amounts of expired goods.
Waddah Omar, commander of the Security Belt troops appreciated the efforts of Husain Kattan, commander of Salah El-Din axis and the efforts of soldiers as well. Omar thanked soldiers and officers for their alertness and appreciated the great role of operation commander Saleh Al-Hakemi.
Commanders Fahmi Al-Wabar and Fawzi Waheed indicated that the van used in smuggling operations were carefully prepared but soldiers of the security belt showed great experience in inspecting and discovering them. in this respect, they thanked the Arab Coalition and UAE for their logistic and material support that helped the command and control room to provide the security belt posts with necessary information to seize such smuggled goods.
