The Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control, through its office in the free zone port in the capital, Aden, seized a shipment of spoiled imported frozen chicken, amounting to 2066 cartons, in which it was proven through the control and inspection procedures that the quantity is corrupt and does not conform to the approved standard specifications by re-freezing the product after thawing, that caused changing the natural characteristics of the product, which makes the product spoiled and poses a threat to the health and safety of the consumer.
