Shabwa Immigration and Passports Authority adopts text messaging system

Awad bin Al-Wazir, Governor of Shabwa, received on Monday, Brigadier General Dr. Abdul Qader Ahmed Al-Ramli, Director of the Immigration and Passports Authority Branch in the Governorate.

bin Al-Wazir was briefed on the branch’s activities and the efforts made to improve the level of services, workflow, performance and achievement in citizens’ transactions, and facilitating the issuance of passports.

The governor of Shabwa stressed the facilitation of procedures for obtaining a passport and facilitating procedures for citizens, directing the adoption of the text messaging system to organize the process of citizens receiving passports and documents.
