Southern community in Sweden denounces war of services against the South
SMA NEWS – STOCKHOLM
The southern community in Sweden implemented a protest to express their dissatisfaction for what the South is going through of war of service and terrorist groups’ activities and the Houthi escalation both supported by the Brotherhood in the southern regions.
The southern community issued a statement in their protest stated that: “Based on the position of the southern community in Sweden, what our patient southern people are suffering from as a result of the worsening humanitarian and economic situation, the deterioration of services, the collapse of the local currency and the policies of collective punishment practiced against them, and the escalation of the activity of terrorist groups that shelter the camps of the Brotherhood’s Islah Party, recruit them and equip them with booby-traps to the capital, Aden, to target the southern leaders and innocent civilians, and divert the compass of the battle from confronting the Houthis in Sana’a to our southern regions, as happened recently in Shabwa from the confrontation between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Houthis.
In view of all this, we in the southern community in Sweden, and based on our patriotic duty towards our southern people, affirm the following:
The southern community in Sweden calls upon all the sons of Shabwa in particular and the south in general to align together, unify efforts and prepare the equipment to end the tampering of the Brotherhood authorities and terrorist organizations, and prepare to liberate Bayhan districts from the control of the Houthi militias.
The community affirms its commitment to the will of the people of the south, and their choices in self-determination and determining their political future, represented in restoring the southern homeland and building its independent federal state on its entire political borders before May 22, 1990.
The community draws the attention of the government of power-sharing between the south and the north to the priorities of living, providing services, paying salaries regularly, controlling prices and stopping the collapse of the local currency, in which it affirms that these responsibilities are the pillars of the survival of that government, and any breach or neglect of any of that is tantamount to ending the social contract between the authority and the people.
The community calls on the Southern Transitional Council to supervise the work of the security services, direct them to work in accordance with the law and order and intensify their efforts to control security, track down criminals and murderers, and also call on the Transitional Council, and the judicial and law enforcement agencies and the local authorities in the capital, Aden, to take firm measures to put an end to all actions of unplanned owning lands and disputes over lands, stopping all construction work in slums and disputed schemes, and referring them to the judiciary to decide on them and subject all to the justice of the law.
The community calls on the brothers in the Arab coalition, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, to support our people, protect the south, land and people, defend the coalition’s victories over the past years, and confront Iran’s attempts to impose its control over the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait to stifle the Gulf and the Arab region between the two pincers of its sway over Strait of Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab.
The community calls on all the forces of the free world to play their roles, to protect civilians, fight terrorism, secure international interests, and maintain international peace and security in the lands of the south and the shipping lanes across the Gulf of Aden and the strategic Bab al-Mandab strait.
In conclusion, the southern community in Sweden calls on all humanitarian organizations, human rights platforms and the media to carry out their humanitarian duty towards our southern people, who have been subjected and are still subjected to genocide and continuous attrition for three decades.
Long live the south, free and proud,
Issued by the Southern Community in Sweden
