Southern forces break Houthi attack on Tursah front in Al-Azraq and inflict heavy losses on the militias

Units of our armed forces stationed on Tursah front in Al-Azraq directorate were able, at dawn to repel a miserable attack launched by the Houthi militias in the Halhal sector adjacent to the Al-Masemir front in Lahj governorate.
According to a military source in the Second Infantry Brigade; The attack began at 2:30 in the morning, as the militias tried to advance with heavy fire cover using BMP vehicles and from two different axes. However, the heroes of the southern armed forces bravely and valiantly confronted the attack, and thwarted all attempts by the militias to achieve any breakthrough.
The source indicated that the sniper unit of the southern forces played a decisive role during the confrontations, as it was able to target a number of attackers, which led to the killing and wounding of a large number of them. Direct clashes also took place, resulting in the killing of a number of other Houthi elements, forcing the militias to withdraw under the weight of the heavy losses they incurred.
