Southern forces clash with terrorist elements in Mudiyah

On Sunday evening, the Southern Armed Forces attacked members of the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization east of Mudiyah District in Abyan Governorate, as part of Operation East Arrows.
Members of the Takfiri organization attempted to infiltrate the south of Wadi Omran, to carry out an attack on a patrol belonging to the southern forces in the Al-Kasara area, but the heroes of the patrol and those stationed in the deployment area confronted the terrorists.
The clashes resulted in the death and wounding of a number of terrorist elements, and two heroes of our southern armed forces were martyred, namely the heroic martyr Abdulaziz Saleh Haidara Al-Mahouri and the heroic martyr Ali Saleh Ali Al-Mahouri.
The southern forces participating in Operation East Arrows continue their campaigns over the past weeks to comb the remote valley heights, and stormed takfiri hotspots for elements of the terrorist organization after expelling them from their main strongholds and camps, such as Wadi Omran.
